The gentleman at the front desk named Dorian was a real lifesaver giving me tips on avoiding traffic and suggesting good places to eat and I appreciated that despite the place needing some cleaning they did have a workable kitchen setup to make my own meals.

I really appreciated the quick access to both the Northville Art House, just a short drive away, and Founders Sports Park, which is perfect for a relaxing stroll amidst nature, making my stay here enjoyable as I explored the city and its environment.

The decor looked a bit dated and had a certain motel vibe, which I wasn’t expecting in such a nice area. It would have been great to have daily housekeeping, as I had to ask for fresh towels multiple times, and they didn’t offer cleaning unless you checked out. The overall cleanliness also fell short. I noticed dust in some areas and a worn carpet. It served its purpose for a quick trip, but better amenities and upkeep would make a big difference.
